ZS, in collaboration with the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and Robotex India, is supporting efforts to strengthen hands-on, experiential learning in emerging technologies for students and educators across India.

The collaboration includes the Robotics Learning Centre at NCERT, inaugurated by Shri Pralhad Joshi, Hon'ble Union Minister of Education, Government of India, on the occasion of NCERT's 66th Foundation Day. The Centre is designed to provide students and educators with hands-on exposure to technologies including Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Space Technology, Drone Technology, Gamification and Design Thinking.
The Robotics Learning Centre will serve as an experiential learning space, integrating technologies such as Robotics, IoT, AI, Gamification and Design Thinking to build learners’ capabilities in computational thinking, creativity, collaboration and problem-solving. The initiative will also support teacher and student training across States, Union Territories and autonomous bodies, while encouraging participation in hackathons, competitions and other innovation-led learning initiatives. A key feature of the Centre is Nova, an Interactive AI-Powered Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), which demonstrates real-world applications of robotics and AI in an educational setting.
Through the collaboration, ZS and Robotex India are also working with NCERT to develop future-skills content for DIKSHA and PM e-VIDYA, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the NISHTHA teacher-training framework. Courses are being developed across STEM and emerging technology areas for Grades 6–12, with multilingual access, periodic curriculum updates and assessments oriented towards employability.
The Robotics Learning Centre is a Public-Private Partnership initiative, created through the CSR sponsorship and collaboration of ZS and Robotex India with NCERT, bringing together expertise from education, technology and industry to help strengthen future-ready learning in school education.
