Noida, Uttar Pradesh: 10 September 2026 - Real Estate conglomerate Civitech Group is set to invest ₹500 crore in its upcoming commercial project in Sector 10, Greater Noida West, marking a significant investment by the company in the region’s commercial real estate market. The project is planned on a land parcel acquired by Civitech through a competitive government auction in Sector 10.
The ₹500 crore investment will be directed towards the development of the upcoming commercial project in Sector 10, Greater Noida West. The project will be developed as a mixed-use development comprising hospitality, high-street retail and studio residences under a single master plan, the company said. The retail component is being planned to accommodate premium brands and draw high footfall, while the studio apartments are aimed at young professionals, corporate travellers and entry-level investors.
Civitech said it has made multiple land acquisitions across Noida to date and is looking to acquire further parcels in the region, as part of its strategy of prime land acquisitions and multi-use development across key growth corridors. The company's ongoing residential project in the region, Civitech Strings in Sector 12, Greater Noida West, spans 770 units across 18,000 square metres and is nearing possession, with handover targeted in 2026. The company has described Strings as its flagship residential priority, currently in the final phases of delivery.

On the commercial side, Civitech's flagship project is Civitech Santoni, a mixed-use development in Sector 16B, Greater Noida West, spanning approximately 12 lakh square feet on a 3.7-acre, three-sided open plot. Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, Santoni comprises retail, office spaces, studio apartments, a food court, a multiplex, and an entertainment zone, and is located in close proximity to an estimated 5 lakh families living in the surrounding area.
